€289,060 for Safety Measures and Recreational Areas in Mayo under 2021 CLÁR Progra

Fine Gael TD Alan Dillon has announced that Mayo Community Groups and Schools are set to receive €289,060 under Measures 1 and 2 of the 2021 CLÁR Programme.

The Mayo TD  acknowledged todays funding and continued support by Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys TD, of over €289,060 in Government funding under the 2021 CLÁR programme for seven projects across County Mayo.

Deputy Dillon said: “The CLÁR funding announced today will support Safety Measures and Recreational Areas for schools and communities. The CLÁR programme is a great scheme to help make our communities better places to live, work and raise families. I congratulate the schools and community groups who worked alongside Mayo County Council to put forward these initiatives. This CLÁR funding will make an important contribution in getting the projects over the line.”
